Sometimes life just plain gets too busy....I don't like that.
Last night was great, our little family of four took time to just play together. We played Checkers, Mancalla & Memory. Jackson's attention span isn't very long yet and baby Jill is well, just a baby. Her newest trick is blowing bubbles which we all found to be humorous. I love family time.
We were to Josh's parents for Thanksgiving and enjoyed lots of good food and fun times. Although, when you have 13 children with 11 of them under 5 years of age it's loud, to put it mildly. Jackson had a grand time playing with all his cousins and is now bored out of his mind at home with his middle aged mom. I tried to stimulate his brain by teaching him how to make a paper chain but he instead used the red paper strips to make a car wash....pretty creative if i must say so myself. We hung the chain up in his room and I am pretty sure he's going to try to hang on it. So much for the paper chain. Maybe we will move on to paper snowflakes, they are my personal favorite.
I feel sad for my family right now, they all 3 have colds....I'm not sure how I got exempt...or maybe it's yet to come. Poor baby Jill is suffering from her first cold. I have always wanted to be a nurse so I do enjoy taking care of them.
I don't have one Christmas gift purchased yet. I hate the rat race at the stores this time of year. Being 1 in 8.5 million I feel like a dust mite. And besides all that we don't really need anything.
Well, I must run along...have a blessed day.

I would hardly call you middle aged!!! But my bones feel like that some days, having a baby must add 5 years per child or something.
I didn't have aches and pains until after labor
that baby jill is a dandy.......mom opened your card to me before i did just to see the pics of --- jill. she claimed she didnt look at the card though see you soon kenryan
i think maybe i will try the paper chain thing....the girls would get into that! give jack and baby jill a kiss from us!
Thanks to me turning 30 very very soon, I ahve the privilege of getting a whole day of shopping in BY MYSELF! Which should wrap up our christmas shopping totally since it's just the kids deal this year. Weldon and i are going to be grown-up about the whole thing and skip the gifts. Noble, i know. I love Memory--seriously one of my favs!!
If you are middle age I guess that means I am too! I don't feel that old yet. Sounds like you are doing great. ttyl Ang

Tonya, hi. Yeah it was very fun at Kennys. Had to go to some family gatherings though... it all turned out alright=) I didnt get started much on my Christmas shopping either, and such as you its cause I am to busy! I can not wait for things to slow down. I saw the picture of Jill also, so cute! Wow her hair. I am excited for Christmas to... but a little tore up cause my family is going to be all together and they REALLY want me here to.... Dont know what to do! Alright.... Joy
my husbands hair is really easy to cut it doesn't knick easily, and zebbie's is the same way. which is nice. I'm feeling pretty good, getting ready for the baby, I am very excited, however i am sure not wishing away my freedom, i am sure baby #2 ties you down quite a bit more.
The lighting, I have no idea if it's even ok. i just set up close to a window. I had to darken the pictures alittle cause the black material always looks so light
