  • Wow!  It's been a long time since I have done this.  We had a great summer traveling here and there and everywhere....had lots of fun with the family in PA, VA, and IN.  Vacation is now over and real life begins again.

Jackson has become quite the little boy, over the summer he learned to become very flexible and sleep wherever his mom and dad took him.  He is also walking around furniture, seems to be repeating sounds and maybe even some words (or is that only my imagination), learning the meaning of NO (how many times in a day do i say that word), and various other things.  I won't bore the ones who don't have kids yet.

Josh is back to school....very first day today.  He was chosen to teach some advanced placement kids this year so that means more work for him but also a good opportunity.

Tonya is going to do what today.......?  For starters she needs to go out and take a long walk in this beautiful fallish weather to melt away those extra lbs. from summer vacation.  Oh if it was that easy!!!  I will also do all my motherly and wifely duties....change diapers, clean up the house, make food, read, post on xanga =),  etc.....oh i love not going to a job every day!!!  For those of you who do...have a good day.

  • Hey, good to see you post again. I almost left you a note the other day that it IS time to update. Dwight's back in school again too, in the chaos that reigns in NY dept. of ed. Yesterday they had assigned him to teach 6 class periods (illegal, btw). He thought he was only going to have to do four, all of the same subject, but now has five, including one of a different subject. Furthermore, the four same classes are scheduled in three different rooms. How ridiculous is that?

  • Wow, what a life of not going to work full time. School started for me on Tuesday. I'm taking 6 classes, 18 credits this semester, plus working, so life is crazy again. We need to scrapbook sometime. I feel like I haven't seen you in forever. But I guess I haven't been at church for several weeks because of work training and youth camping.

Well, I need to go study while you probably sleep on. =) Enjoy mothering. I hope to get there soon enough. ~Sha

  • Hey tonya - remember me . You know, from the midwest meetings 10 years ago? That thought just makes me laugh. I just saw Jen last wed. she's actually part of a bible study from our church. How wierd is that? Catch you later - Shannon
